If you care for a friend or relative who could overlook paying his or her Westar Energy bill because of illness, financial hardship or other issues, our Third-Party Notification Service can help. Third Party Notification helps ensure your loved ones receive the electric services that keep them safe and comfortable. 

  • Third-Party Notification is available to all residential customers, with the consent of both parties. 
  • Should your friend or relative get a late notice, we'll do our best to let you (third-party) know. 
  • You are able to contact us to help resolve any issues. However, you are not obligated to pay the bill.
